Pharaoh, who was the king of Egypt, had no idea that even in the hardness of his heart, GOD was using him to demonstrate His power before His people. So, let's be confident that there's no ruler that GOD isn't sovereign over, and that He can't use to display His goodness to us. So don't fret over the state of those who lead the land. Rather pray for them and trust the Lord to influence their hearts for His good purpose. Remember that surely, since our GOD is for us, no one can frustrate His plans concerning us.
