All power and authority belongs to our risen Saviour, Jesus Christ. The powers in heaven, earth and under the earth, are subject to Him. And He has chosen us to be His ambassadors. He has entrusted us with the authority to resist and repel all darkness and bring life and love and healing to those who are willing to receive it. And even this we don't do in our own strength or ability. It's because of Jesus, the Holy Spirit lives inside us, empowering us with boldness and power to touch the world with His love. This is what gave Him the strength to endure the cross. It was the joy of seeing us being enriched with His resurrected life that pushed Him to see it through. Don't ever loose sight of the purpose He paid the ultimate price for. That purpose is you, alive and powerful in Him.
